I've been doing exercise in the gym for the past 2 months and definitely i improved :D. The only problem i face is there is no proper instructor to guide me, even there are instructors at gym they won't tell you want is right and how to do it in a proper way and food you should have. I said hell with them, and went online and after some research i found this book.
The rating is good and pretty good information too. This book covers everything you need to know about workouts in gym and at home too, well that said, here's a good workout book for men.
